reminded me of why i hardly ever read romance. the biggest issues for me were that the characters were barely fleshed out and very one-dimensional, the MMC was always sexualizing the FMC despite saying he admired her, and some of the writing was just so awkward and weird. if you like reading about men whose only personality trait is being obsessed with one specific, uncomplicated woman for no reason, this book is for you.
