When Charlotte and her neighbor Seth get stuck after the stairs to their second-floor apartment steps get removed, they make the best of a Valentine's Day weekend at home stuck together.
This was a fun and quick read. Considering it was a novella, both main characters were well thought out and substantial. Charlotte is running from a stalker and Seth helps her see that living life in fear might not be worth it anymore. Seth is reeling from a divorce where his ex was cheating, yet he is willing to dive back into the romance pool. Abby's writing is always a home run in my book. This short but sweet read is a great romance read!
Read if you like a forced proximity, slow-burn romance.
