Angie has a guide business in Montana that she inherited from her father, but the business is struggling. She blames a lot of that struggle on Dare, who returned home from active duty and opened his own guide business. As Angie has to start making tough choices about her future, she has one last guide with two guys scheduled for a bear hunt.
Her fathers best friend has an uneasy feeling about the hunt and asks Dare to check in on her. The two guys she is leading have a very tense relationship and one is not happy about the accommodations. Plus, little do they all know that there is a black bear lurking in the area and already has a taste for blood.
