i remember when everyone was reading this, when david sedaris was new on the scene...and really? this is what did it? i can read it now with my familiarity with david's npr storytelling voice, his life in france, etc, but man. rants and tales of a 14-year old boy? i'm not sure i would have bought it back then. but for now, well, okay.
