This is the second time I’ve read this book. I read it quickly. Aza is an interesting narrator. The beginning of the story brings up the disappearance of billionaire Russell Pickett which leads to Aza meeting his son Davis years after knowing each other as kids. The disappearance isn’t the main plot, which I was happy with. Aza’s struggle with OCD as she tries to live a normal life is the main point of the book.
I loved the last chapter and how this part of Aza’s story concludes. I appreciate that it doesn’t end with everything working out perfectly, but it does feel hopeful.
