I think we all know that there are cookbooks you will actually cook from and there are cookbooks that are a delight to read but you'll probably never make anything in them and this is firmly in the latter. It's a great read and really interesting but yeah I'm never going to make my own plum wine or pickled cherry blossoms thanks
