"Always, honey girl. I'm your man." Her soft, warm laugh dripped through my skin and replaced my blood.
If I could hinge open his ribs, I would have stolen that space too, if only to be close to his thundering heart. Which felt like it might belong to me.
"Walden,'" Ajax threw his hands up. "Spreadsheets are not romantic."
"Girl, don't you realize you have these men wrapped around your finger? All you have to do is say jump. They'll get on a trampoline and snatch the moon for you."
Tully has lived in the shadow of her ancestor, Esta Hartlock, her whole life and she is tired of being used for it. She opens her guarded heart to the four men despite herself, because they understand her insecurities in a way nobody else can.
Walden, the driven alpha who wants to dote on her.
Ajax, the charismatic socialite, who struggles to accept himself.
Lloyd, whose devotion and patience make her feel alive.
And Pan, the tortured pianist whose inner demons threaten to tear the pack apart.

Action, angst, and alphas all in one.
If there's one thing you can trust, it's that if Mae Pierce writes it, imma read it!
This is book 2, in the Hartlock Omega series. Book 1 being Omega Founded.
An Omegaverse where Alphas, Betas, and Omegas are called The Designated, and do not shift. But still has the joys of glands, heat, knotting, nesting, marking, everything you know and love.
Let me start by saying that Tully Hartlock packs a punch and I love her!
Imagine being knocked down again and again, and still being as resilient and powerful as Tully. But she also chooses to be vulnerable, to be soft, and to let a bunch of loud baboons support her in everything, eventually. And by baboons I mean the Baylark pack.
It had me giggling kicking my feet, smiling, and tearing up, simultaneously.
This had the perfect build of plot, several twists, an exceptional amount of grovel (what's an omegaverse without grovel), and an absurd amount of love.
I think I developed several cavities during this read tbh.
And the Alphas? Good lord have mercy, I think I want my own pack iykyk.
Publishes July 1!
