What to say about this one? As the daughter of a special needs teacher, this book had me crying when I finished it at work. Please, please give this one a shot -- Melody's voice is so unique and Sharon Draper's writing style both really appealed to me, and I say this as someone who's been kinda out of reading YA stuff for the longest. The twist at the end when her awful little inclusion classmates give her the trophy was too good, but I won't say any more. This is one you need to read for yourself.
