Offside was 600 pages long and I still didn’t get my fill of Chase Carter - hockey player, reformed playboy, and the newest edition to my long list of book boyfriends. He was everything.
This book was the quintessential college romance with plenty of drama and just the right amount of steam. I loved watching Chase fall head over heels for Bailey, even though she tried her hardest to resist his advances - he turned on the charm and showed her what it meant to be a sweet and attentive boyfriend. Nothing like the douchebag before him.
I’m only a little pissed at myself for waiting almost six months to read this book but now that I have, I NEED MORE. June 1st cannot arrive fast enough.
