Truly about as good a topic and execution as you can get for me. Works on many layers, very thoughtful and educational, and on subjects I already love: hard sci-fi ai, cephalopods, transhumanism. And Tempest parallels!
At times both terribly believable cyberpunk, and hopeful solarpunk. Love this so much,bi wonder if there would be a sequel, given how it left off.
