Bonfire
by Krysten Ritter
I talk in depth about my feelings for this book on this episode of Snark Squad Pod: https://soundcloud.com/snarksquad/005-bonfire-by-krysten-ritter-with-rincey-abraham
It was a generally good debut that did a couple of entertaining and interesting things, but the writing was a little cheesy and uninspired. It is something that will translate well onscreen (as we mention several times on the podcast...) but ultimately, some of the elements of the storytelling were a little flimsy.
