The Wolf at Bay by Charlie Adhara

Did not finish book.

I don't always love same-couple series and I think I tried to read this too close after the first one and found it kind of cringe. Just the whole "previously in twin peaks" recap thing felt clunky and I couldn't handle it. I think I might be done with the series? I might give it another try some other time.
