Blood Father by Tessa Dawn
2.0

First of all, I don't want anyone to think I am critical of Tessa Dawn because I think she is a great writer and I am always excited to read her novels. Blood Father was different in a way that didn't really draw me into the book. The setting is in the lycan realm of Mhier and the Silivasi brothers are tasked with rescuing their father Keitaro. I think maybe the lycan world just wasn't for me, but maybe other readers would really dig the change of setting so I can't really be upset about that. I don't blame T.Dawn for changing things to add some variety to the story line. I didn't feel like this book was as steamy as her other Blood Curse novels, which is something I was looking forward to, especially for Kagen who is essentially the "brainy" brother of all the Silivasis and she skips through the conversion and birth of the twins, which is a comforting repetition that I have enjoyed in each of the previous series books as well.
