this books just makes me so sad for all the women of the past who loved animals and helped others just to be punished for a single mistake. It makes me think of what my own fate would’ve been at that time, hung just alongside those other women. But it also encouraged me to continue to connect with nature. that’s what is important, our planet, the people close to you and the animals inhabiting it.
