I haaaaaate the "pointless lack of communication" trope. There was no real reason for Kit and Prescott not to tell each other how they felt ages ago, and no real reason for Brady not to tell his family about his polyamory.
That said, I did like the characters. I always enjoy Eden Finley's characters even when I don't like parts of the story. They're always memorable enough to keep track of who's who. I also liked the progression of the three's feelings for each other since it does seem like it would be tricky coming into an established couple, (even when that couple doesn't - for some reason - communicate their feelings with each other).
