The hype around this book left me feeling disappointed with the end result despite the fact that it was enjoyable.
I wish the plot was a little more, all the main plot points and twists fell very flat. Early on they make comparisons to how witches are treated like lgbtq and it felt very obvious and I was left unsure why it needed to be pointed out to the reader. Everything is spelled out like that.
