I love this book. I loved the narrator too, he (? I couldn’t find any pronouns) was so fantastic and you could hear the emotion in his voice. It really felt like Felix and his story was alive and not just words being filtered through my headphones. The story is so so so important for so many queer people and it having a positive ending in all regards of what happened over the course of the book is something that is slowly becoming more common in queer books today but is by no means common enough. Everyone’s stories felt like they mattered too and they weren’t just supporting characters. It’s hard to find a good book with such great qualities, which speaking of, the writing is also amazing. Please just pick this book up if you have time, it won’t be disappointing.
