DNF for now (Chapter 3)

After taking a break from this book for two days I have come back to realize that my brain has retained none of this book so far. While I do think the information is interesting and important, it's so dense it’s hard to retain in this format, at least for me right now. I am going to come back to this later, probably in the ebook version to see if that is easier for me to retain the information because I don’t think the audiobook is working for me.
