This is the fastest review i write, i started this book yesterday finished it in exactly 8h and here iโm posting my review!
This book is definitely the ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ CoHo book iโve read, Its absolutely brutal! She portrayed the hardest thing a women can go through with raw honesty.
The story follows Quinn a women who is struggling with infertility that leads her to depression and causes a rift in her marriage with Graham. It was fast read, and it alternates between โthenโ and โNowโ.
The โThenโ chapters filled me with love and warmth, when they were both in their twenties, their love was epic. The โNowโ chapters is seven years into their marriage, dealing with everything to keep their marriage afloat, every time i saw โNowโ i wished i could just crawl into a ball and hide, you definitely need a book buddy to survive these chapters, they were heartbreaking!
The characters were interesting with great development and backstory. Their relationship feels so real, it isnโt romanticized or glorified, it really sheds light on how a marriage requires work in order to thrive no matter how big the love is.
Colleen got me questioning a topic i normally donโt even think twice about! ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, in my opinion cheating is never okay, never justified and never forgiven but while reading this book,I could understand why Quinn forgave him and i couldnโt fault her.
And iโm thankful that Quinnโs mother is not mine, man i hated that lady!!
PS: If you get annoyed by miscommunication and plots driven by characters who avoid to talk to each other, then youโll get rly frustrated by this book
