This collection will absolutely be revisited in 2025, along with @kavehakbar.kavehakbar ‘s novel Martyr! which is definitely in my top 5 favorite books of the year and likely my #1. I wish I had something eloquent to say about this collection, but it’s late and all I can come up with is this collection is not easy to get through, but it’s full of sparkling gems that took me by surprise.
