Did not finish book. Stopped at 32%.

This might be one of the worst representations of early internet vocabulary & tone setting i’ve ever come across in a horror piece. The in character authors note really sets us up for a comedy poorly considered plot movement between the two main characters. The fact that the early internet & the year 2000 is supposed to be a highlight in this piece while the language Agnes & Zoe use feels right out of prime time Tumblr 15-16 years after the year 2000 is just disappointing.
