While there isn't a tag for this on TheStorygraph, the protagonist does face quite a lot of ageism in her quest as the Chosen One. That may not come as a surprise, given the book's premise, but it's worth mentioning. Much of the physical abuse is done by members of the military under the guise of "hazing" .
