This falls under the "Great concept, poor execution" and " I saw that ending from miles away" categories.
The man of steel has a face off against "Doomsday", and wins pretty easily. The only problem is: He is turning into Doomsday! And Doomsday is hell bent on destroying... pretty much anything he comes across! DA-DA-Da-Da-DUNNNNNNNNNNNNN!
Mehhh.
While I appreciate the idea, I think Charles Saoule messed up in exploiting it to make the story more original and way more epic. I understand that there only are so many villains in the DC universe, but please...
