It was a great book, I’d been looking forward to reading it. It’s a pretty fast read, I finished in 2.5-3 hours. I really liked the plot, but it wasn’t as intense as I had hoped. There was only one really intense, edge of your seat scene, and maybe another scene that was a little similar. I would’ve liked it more if there were more intense and surprising scenes. But otherwise, it was really really good.
Moderate: Self harm, Kidnapping
There is self harm references all through the book, since the main character struggles with it. It isn’t too detailed, but they do bring up urges and such. Also kidnapping is the whole plot of the book but again, it isn’t described graphically, just moderately.
