eishe 's review for:
The Blue Castle
by L.M. Montgomery
Every time when I read a book by L.M. Montgomery I feel like I've met a new friend, who also happens to be the nicest person in the world. And this meeting fills me with girly warmth right in my soul.
Being the only Montgomery's "adult" novel, the Blue Castle is still pretty childish, extremely predictable and still depicts a coming of age story. But the plot and the language makes it extremely enjoyable and utterly precious. It makes you want to go out and experience the world over and over again. If I had to recommend a romance novel to someone, this would be it.
