I had very mixed reviews of the book since I watched the movie first. I absolutely fell in love with the movie so naturally had to read the book. The story was still there so I was attached the characters already. However, you can definitely tell this was a story that originated on Wattpad. The grammar wasn’t always there and some of the phrases used and general wording of the sentences were just awkward. Overall, cute story, but you can tell it was written by a 15 year-old. Props to her though!

BUT!!!! I did read that the author develops more as a writer in her second book so I’m absolutely giving that book a go!
