Everything is Ok explores the author’s experiences with depression, anxiety and panic attacks. I loved how colour was used and the colour palette itself. I also liked the pro-therapy message and other helpful stategies which she shared. An accessible, relatable and non-threatening book which will help readers impacted by similar conditions to realise they are not alone.
