It Ends with Us by Colleen Hoover
4.0
What really sucks is that I was SO CLOSE to giving this 5 stars. But two thing stopped me:
She spent way too much time with Ryle. And the earth shattering moment for her did not feel as earth shattering as Coleen Hoover wanted us to feel.
Atlas is a phenomenal book guy and book boyfriend and I missed him whenever he wasn’t there. Her writing style isn’t spectacular and this didn’t make me desperate to get more of her books, but I can see why this book is beloved by people.
I will get the sequel because I want to continue this story, it was really good and I feel like it had a lot important things to say about abuse victims, so I’d recommend it, but cautiously.
