Very outdated nutrition info; still from the "fat makes you fat" era. It also not so subtly promotes veganism as the only correct way of eating and losing weight - an opinion I highly disagree with. It does bring up some valid points on weight-loss here and there, such as watching your liquid calories ESPECIALLY when it comes to alcohol - something many overlook.

Overall though, I cannot recommend this book for nutrition advice, however, it is a rather entertaining read.
