That Night by Chevy Stevens
4.0

I was recently introduced to Chevy Steven through an audiobook. I SO thoroughly enjoyed it that when I saw this at the drugstore checkout I had to grab it (I never do that - I do so enjoy my leisurely browse through Chapters looking for my next read).
This book did not disappoint. Following the demise of Toni and Ryan was emotionally wrought and filled me with questions. While I was absolutely disgusted with Toni's mom, I could sympathize with her. While I saw how others would distrust Ryan, I did not. While I wanted to hate Shauna and her bully buddies I wondered if we were seeing both sides. I love when a book makes me think, and rethink what I am reading. What is truth and what is perceived truth. Stevens is able to weave a mystery that plays with your mind and your emotions. Well done. Looking for another one!
