SUCH a good novel! I´m writing this review while keeping both Vol.1 and Vol.2 in mind. SO good! The setting is unique, the characters are interesting and the story gripping. It managed to be both lighthearted and incredibly tense at the same time. I felt both peaceful and anxious while reading ... I really enjoyed it! If you like Sci-Fi, dystopian (though not Hunger Games vibes, more like... "the world is done for and we are struggeling to live as humanity") or Danmei then give this one a read! I really, really love An Zhe!! An Zhe grew from being just a little mushroom to becoming/understanding what being a human is like. Meanwhile Lu Feng also underwent his own growth and transformation ... from being the judge who killed all "Others" to protect humanity, to protecting this little mushroom that he grew to love ... Ah, i really really enjoyed this book!
