I really enjoyed the joy that Keiko takes in her work and how good she is at it. Keiko in her element are the strongest moments of the book imo. But the swaths of text focused on Shiraha’s nonsense rants about the Stone Age, didn’t do it for me. I get why they were there, but it felt overdone by the end of the book.
