This was a very fun and cute story. The different spore seas and how the spores worked in the world was really fascinating. I loved watching our sheltered main character really step into herself as she explored the world. 
Very cute and simple - not every fantasy needs to be a giant epic story. A simple lighthearted read can be just as immersive. I sill felt like I’d been swept away to another place.   
This is just the thing I needed to get me out of my slump. Not too deep, but fun enough to keep me turning the pages.
