Reading this book in the thick of grieving felt like a knife in the heart and a warm hug. This book was hurtful, but most importantly hopeful. I loved the MC and his passion and enthusiasm for all aspects of food culture as a foodie myself. The time traveling aspects were confusing at times which slowed the momentum down, but overall an amazing read.
