Phewwww okay. This book. I have mixed feelings.I liked the general story line. BUT:
First of all, this book has the creepiest, most obssessed protagonist I have ever read about. All of Ward's girls seem to be like that. But Amelia is the worst.
Secondly, I was annoyed that Amelia kept jumping to conclusions. Seriously, dude. GET A GRIP.
Thirdly...so many things in this book annoyed me! I can't even pin point them...but Amelia is one creepy weirdo stalker person with jealousy and obssession issues that need to be dealt with.
FURTHERMORE something about Ward's writing style doesn't sit well with me...sometimes I feel like she picks the wrong words...they're just wrong and uncomfortable, like a stone in your shoe. And cringe-worthy.
For me, this book wasn't cute. It didn't make me gush. It mostly annoyed me, yet I was unable to put it down.
Still figuring out how I feel about this book, but it's mostly irritation towards Amelia that I can think about right now.
