Christmas and murder? What more could a girl want?
Sadly, this book fell really, really flat for me. There wasn't even a murder until 1/4 into the book. If killer is in the title, I expected a little more of that... It also had no depth and I felt zero connection to the main characters. To make matters even worse, I guessed who the killer was super early on.
I adore thrillers so I think my expectations were just far too high. If thrillers aren't your favorite genre, you might enjoy this more than I did. I definitely hold my murder novels to a higher standard.
