Forget Me Not by Willow Winters, W. Winters

2.0

The blurb caught my eye and I wanted to give this book a shot. Sadly it didn't work in my favor at all. The whole time reading I felt like something was missing. The main characters each have a dark past that's connected but we didn't get much backstory. We are mainly focused on 20 years later and the healing process. I felt if there was more backstory from there past I would have been able to connect to the story and enjoyed it much better. I couldn't feel the connection with the characters either. The story had a lot of potential but sadly fell flat for me.
