Dr Faustus: The A- And B- Texts (1604, 1616): A Parallel-Text Edition by David Bevington, Eric Rasmussen
5.0
This is just one of the greatest plays of its era, right up there with those of Marlowe's exact contemporary Shakespeare. The final scene is unbelievably powerful.
It was interesting to read the A Text and note the differences it made. But this play is a cultural icon for a reason.
