“I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past, I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.”
Frank Herbert deserved his dick sucked for writing the Litany Against Fear.
I read this a long time ago, but the movie just came out and, fuck, it was so good and INCREDIBLY faithful. Esta historia es increiblemente buena. Entras en un mundo completamente diferente que, al darse cuenta que fue escrito en el 1965, unx se queda anonadadx. I’m so glad my siblings told me to read this book.

The Duke’s last thoughts being how he wishes he would have married Jessica is quite literally the reason I cry myself to sleep at night.
