Cosmopolis by Don DeLillo

3.0

Well, this is my first Don DeLillo book and I’ve been told that I started with the wrong one. I’m familiar with the fact the DeLillo is known to be a disturbing writer and parts of this book did remind of Bret Easton Ellis’s American Psycho - with the narrator bring a young, wealthy, cold and narcissistic without any sense of what goes on in the world outside his bubble. I think I understood the novel perfectly, with the use of technology in a dystopian sense, I’m just not sure how I feel about it as a concept.
