I love this series!! I appreciate how much Morrigan has to grow within herself and her unit. I love how the author handles prejudiced views, as well as feelings of resentment and other feelings that can be really hard for children to express. The pacing of this one is not quite as well done as book 1 is, but I still love it, and will reread over and over. I am so glad my kids have this series to grow up with, and it is a wonderful family read, because it has something for all ages.
