My Saintly Demon by R.M. Neill

4.0

Well, here we have the story of a priest who is not so saint, and a demon who is not so evil... who somehow find themselves at that moment in their lives where decisions must be made and actions carried out.

Charles is tired of a life where he must hide a large part of himself (although he does not deprive himself much of certain pleasures) and of the betrayal of someone close to him. Dave is tired of being a disappointment to his father, who sends him to the human world to prove that he is enough of a demon to return to his home and what better than corrupting a priest? Well... Dave discovers very quickly that it is difficult to corrupt someone who wants to be corrupted...

That said, this is a fun, romantic story, with some hot moments and some twists. Annnnd finally we met Mike again! For those who don't know who he is, Mike appears in Baking With a Ghost, as a supporting character, who, for those of us who read that book, turned out to be quite mysterious and left us wanting more!

I was given an advance copy and voluntarily wrote a review.
