Really, it's a good thing that I watched the anime first before finally read the manga.

And yes, the idea's quite good, and even with less details or bother for any metaphor, it's still good.

Unusually un-fanserviced great female character too (finally).

And real, real, real, gore stuffs here. Mother being cracked up by monster in advanced of being chewed up like some Pocky sticks...
So, parents, please beware this before giving it to your kids just to shut them up.

However..for a series that I believe going to be the next Naruto (in hype), I am just about to say:

DAFUQ WITH THE ARTWORK??!
