This is a book that begs for note-taking and reviewing of bullet-points and thoughtful review. I'm giving 3 stars to the audiobook, because it's not well-adapted to that format.
I'm going to pick it up in print later and give it a good review. I loved the content, but they just didn't do a great job moving it to audio.
Atomic Habits did a great job of adapting a similar style book to audio - they transferred all their visual content to easy-to-remember URLs and summarized the end of every chapter.
