This was okay, it didn’t get me in the feels the way his first book The Vanishing of Margaret Small did.
This was told with a dual timeline. 1989 and the present day. I preferred the 1989 timeline to the present.
There’s a mystery throughout it but once that was resolved it felt like it didn’t know how to end 🤷🏼‍♀️
