True Dead by Faith Hunter

Did not finish book.
I just don't think I can anymore. I might come back to this one day but not for a while.

I've only listened to the first bit but lawks it's heavy weather.

I mean I know she's out of sorts got shifting issues and they've all got their problems, Bruiser is depressed blah blah blah but it's all so MISERABLE. And, and they walked into a bloody ambush. An ambush.

They don't seem to learn.

This series has just become a slog for me. To be honest I've found the series has been getting harder for a while but I just can't endure anymore.

The other thing that really gets on my tits is all the A.K.A of each and every name, usually about 10 names per individual and the A.K.A business is repeated each time the same character is mentioned. Ok to be fair I only got a bit of A.K.A in this book and that maybe all there is in this one, but it acted like a trigger and made my eye twitch. Herbert Lom style.

I've been enjoying the Soulwood series so I'll continue with that.
