Aloha, Seattle: Fake Dating adult romantic comedy
by Morgan Gauthier, Morgan Gauthier
Sweetest Story I've ever read!
Reading a romantic comedy for the first time was a delightful experience, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Theo and Catalina make the cutest couple I've ever seen, and they are perfect for each other. Both characters are intelligent, humorous, and competitive, which made the story even more engaging. From the first page to the end, I was hooked. The story also includes references to the TV show Friends, such as the yellow painted frame on the door and lobsters. Théo's family is loving and adoring towards Cate, and her friends are reminiscent of Monica and Joey, bickering like an old couple. The story features fake dating, a handsome chef as the male lead, a fierce flight attendant as the female lead, a lovable found family and friends, jesters, longing and angst, strangers to lovers, and takes place in Hawaii. The story is filled with plenty of witty banter and is an overall cute and enjoyable read.
