I wanted to DNF during almost the entire first half of the book buty the second half I was more invested in the story and attached to most of the characters (Tova, Ethan, Marcellus).
My main issue is Cameron. His attitude was extremely annoying. He's over 30 years old but acts like a teenager. I saw someone in their review called him a freaking spoiled manbaby and that's exactly what I think too. Thankfully, his attitude did improved by the end of the book but I took some time to get there...
It would have been amazing if we had gotten more from Marcellus. His chapters were great but not long enough. :(
