I still like the first one best (I sort of missed the multiple-stories-in-one format that is found in #1) but I still enjoyed this sequel. Pacing was a bit inconsistent; some sections moved quickly and were suspenseful while others felt slow. But I enjoy the characters and will certainly read #3 when it comes out.
