This was kind of a hot mess. I've never read this author before. This book was on sale and the reviews seemed promising. I should've tried the preview, though. By 17%, I was ready to give up. But, I paid for it and I was outside the return period, so I finished. It needs a proof reader and further editing. The author has weird speech usage. The word "either" was used constantly in place of "neither". Strange phrases like "mono e mono". I think she meant "man to man" and misused the Spanish phrase "mano a mano". I don't know. It's a "no" for me.
